I have been seeing Dr. Ratliff for years. Their office use to be in Hulen Mall. When they moved to Benbrook, I was quick to follow. I love how personable she is. The entire staff in the office is friendly. The office is clean and well kept and they have all of the newest most proficient equipment. When I go for my appointments, I am never there for even an hour. I love this place.
My first visit was recently, I was able to get a next day appt, I was unaware of my benefits and the young lady gave me this information (I have never been given my benefits b4 my appt from any other dr office). I was seen promptly. Dr Ratliff was very informative and caring. The staff was wonderful. Keep up the good work!!!

This was the best experience I have ever had with any doctor. Every person on the staff was genuine and kind. My husband did not have insurance and had a piece of metal in his eye. Both doctors treated his eye and were very fair on the cost. I would recommend this eye center to anyone. They will get all of our business from now on.
