As a recent/past employee hired by the owner, Jack DeGraff, to oversee the install of a large commercial development I can honestly say with personal experience DeGraff Builders Inc. is a company struggling to maintain. DeGraff is incapable of managing its contracts with efficiency, due in large part to Jack's inability to hire and keep qualified employees.
