This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical professional. The doctor was rude, dismissive, impatient, and appeared to have no interest in listening to his patient concerns. His comments, including "Can you hurry up, I am busy," were shocking and completely unacceptable. No patient should ever be made to feel like an inconvenience when seeking medical care. Dr. Defilippis is one of the best Doctors I have met- He is our family doctor and yes- he will tell you like it is. Dr. Dee will not sugar coat anything. However, if you want to live a long, happy and healthy life, and you are willing to do what it takes to get there, then you will not be disappointed with Dr. Defilippis. I truly look forward to my visits with him.
