Took an 1 hr and 40 mins for my food to be delivered I was told an hr. ordered a steak salad which the few fries on it were burnt. Bambino bread hard and cold no seasoning. cheesy breadsticks hard and cold. only thing that came right was the 2 liter of mt dew!

I ordered a chicken club sub with no onions,took 1 bite of it and there was so many onions I got sick,will not order this again
RecommendedI need to share a comment. Last friday we had ordered a taco pizza. We have gotten it numerous times. This time it had cooked tomatoes on it. It was disgusting. Very very very disappointed. If that is your new way of making it, we will not be getting anymore. Sorry if this comment is not in the right place but I didn't know where to do it. I felt you needed to know.
Just ordered a Greek Salad and Taco Salad. Ordered the Taco Salad without black olives .....and it was clearly marked “no olives” on the label on the container....and got a salad with about a half a can of olives in it. Also, I did not get the salsa for the Taco Salad nor did I get any dressing for the Greek Salad. The store was not busy. This is just poor attention to detail and demonstrates a lack of concern for the job. I won’t be back.

I just ordered from Deflice in Shadyside tonight... The manager called me a liar about green peppers being on my pizza and then admitted they did that 2 mark light sauce... One of their workers admitted they sent a lot of orders at once... When we got ours it wasnt even hot... And it took well over an hour 2 get our food... Their customer service sucks... And they're rude... Will def be calling someone higher up in the morning...
