I would not recommend this business to anyone. I used Frank's services for property management for almost two years and it was an unpleasant and stressful experience. I was paid over 10 days late by Frank for the rent collected on numerous occasions. My property was never checked on & I had to bring it to his attention. Rented from this property manager in West Spokane for over a year. Horrific experience. Maintenance was done months after requests were made. We were forced to live in very inadequate and hazardous conditions at times. As of now, I recieved military orders and have been out of that property for 3 months now but my $1400 rental deposit has not been returned. As it stands, Frank Decaro will not return phone calls, emails, or text messages and has been MIA for months now. Evidently, this seems to be his standard business model.... read more
