Love this guy! Best construction company ever!
Absolute awful inspector!!! Started the inspection 30 minutes before the appointment time so before I got there. Missed very key items including a long term leak - clear damage showing in the kitchen. All items that were broken and/or damaged were items he allegedly inspected prior to my arrival (which was 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time). I'm now left with huge repair bills. DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTOR!!!!
