I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience at this Rolex store. Instead of providing customers with fair access to new pieces at retail, the focus here seems to be on pushing pre-owned watches or “grey market” stock that is essentially new, but priced well over retail. It feels misleading and takes away from the trust and exclusivity that Rolex should stand for.
