I have gone to this location for about 15 years now. I absolutely love the Drs. You can really tell they care about their patients. With that being said, I am absolutely so disappointed in their staff this time. I went in with a problem. She was so reluctant to help me and wouldn't even listen when I was explaining the problem. After we left I decided to call, make an appointment to get new glasses since that's what I truly needed anyway.
