If I could give 0 I would. The receptionist is beyond rude and condescending and I don’t say that often as I have worked as receptionist and know it’s exhausting. I wanted to know how to make an appointment and she tells me the doctor won’t be in for a month. That’s fine but I need to know how to make an appointment. She tells me they’ll call me. Useless, rude, uncaring, sends people home when they are still really sick. I would never want this doctor for my family. Did not even resolve the actual problem that the patient came in with.

De Blacam was a fantastic doctor however he's since retired and was replaced. Neither myself nor anyone I know who shares this family doctor were notified and I only found out after calling in myself. Not impressed
