I visited De Beers with my wife as we were looking for engagements rings at the time. The sales associate was rude and dismissive. She did not provide any help or service to us. I would not recommend coming back.

The customer service is excellent. We visited several times before making the decision, and Jay was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He’s also a food expert—don’t forget to ask him for restaurant recommendations in Houston!

Best customer service experience. I came from Europe to purchase a ring and I was assisted by the wonderful Christina. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in Houston so she made sure to order it for me in London and made sure to follow up along the way and contacted her colleagues. Just a pleasure to have dealt with Christina !

Christina and the De Beers team are truly exceptional. As someone looking for a ring for my first wedding proposal, she was not only persuasive but also empathetic. I shopped around with other jewelers, but this team simply could not compare. So good that now my mom is looking to get a ring here.
