I was shopping for an engagement ring and visited over 10 stores around Houston before finding De Beers. Christina Foley was so warm, helpful, and patient — she walked me through everything and managed to get the ring ready in time for my proposal despite a tight timeline. Since then, she’s helped us pick out our wedding bands and still checks in whenever we stop by the Galleria. Her service and professionalism are always top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier with our pieces from De Beers!

We bought our wedding bands at De Beers and had an amazing experience thanks to Angelica Chapman. She was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us through the options with zero pressure, and really made the process feel special. We left feeling confident and excited about our rings. We were shopping for a wedding band and stumbled on De Beers and were so lucky to meet Angelica (Angie). She set great examples of excellent services and demonstrated in-depth knowledge. The team really helped us to decide on a ring without ever feeling pushed or rushed and we really appreciate that. De Beers after sale services are great too.
