2020 Gary DeBaylo, DeBaylo Marine, Gulfport, installed a new dock and lift on Palm Point Boca Ciega Bay St Pete Beach. Even after years normal wear & tear AND storms & 3 hurricanes my DeBaylo dock is still perfect: solid, level, & secure. ALL THE OTHER docks in my bay are buckled and wobbling, except the other two Debaylo docks. Not one board of mine is loose and all the poles are fixed fast and level. DeBaylo and its team installed my Deco lift in 2016. We were happy with the results, and we have used the lift every 2 or 3 weeks. This month (2025/10) they moved the lift few feet back. Their work was excellent and again they finish the work with excellent results. Gary and Rick did a fantastic job. I do recommend this company and I will use them when necessary. Thanks Gary!

De Baylo Marine worked with me to design, build, and install a dock and a lift in 2019. He was price competitive with other major dock installers; however, his quality was far better. Pilings are dead straight and were sunk in super deep without pounding and annoying the entire neighborhood. The dock is level, evenly spaced stay-cool artificial no-maintenance wood, and we've never had boards come loose or pull up even with two over-toping hurricanes.
