Sitting here waiting for a 10" pepperoni pizza that was called in at 3:25pm... It's now 4:00pm and the pizza has yet to come out! I worked at Deangelos many years ago and have a good idea of how long it takes... 40minutes when the dining room is empty is absolutely ridiculous! The last Togo order placed for a 12" pizza took almost an hour, but at least they fessed up and let me know they screwed it up the first time and had to remake it... 15-20 years ago, you had something, Lou... Waited 1/2 hour for the food in Artic -like cold (the air conditioning must have been set to -5 degrees) Everyone around us was freezing, going to their cars to get jackets, if they were lucky enough to have them. It wasn't chilly, it was miserably cold! Everyone around us was complaining about the food wait,and it was far from packed. We finally get great delicious food, but had no utensils to eat it with. After begging every staff member that passed for them, I finally got up to get them myself but there's none to be found... read more
Their lasagna was heavenly. I give Angel Parker's lasagna number one though
We had our Pokeno gathering there .. even though everything was ordered and confirmed via email prior to our arrival, it was a total fiasco .. they didn't have the order, food was not prepared, dessert was not prepared .. and Drake, the idiot "manager" (using the term very loosely) was rude and cocky and blamed everything on everyone else, including our waiter, who (bless his heart) had been there less than a week! Only giving it one star because I have to ... really would rate it NEGATIVE 10 STARS!
Terrible service!!! There was only one other couple in the restaurant and they were out of lasagna. Completely messed up our order never checked on us or refill our drinks. I now understand why they didn't have customers. I will not go back!
