We arrived to our appointment 15 minutes early and fill out our paperwork and we still waited 50 minutes before I was actually seen, annoying because we were the only people in the waiting room. I wanted to cancel 5 mins into the appointment because the optometrist spent the entire time of my appointment being mildly rude with a slight laugh as if to try to overpower her rudeness.
