Very kind, clear and helpfull.
Extremely disappointed. My husband (with limited English) was charged $83.10 for X-rays without prior financial consent during a 'No Gap' check-up. The clinic ignored two formal complaint emails and the reception staff was dismissive. This is a clear breach of professional conduct.
I always have good experiences with DDTA dental. I strongly recommend everyone to check it out.
