Been here twice before had no issues. BUT Recently went in to get some composite adhesive applied to my wire as there was a sharp bit (cost of $40 out of pocket last time) This time (different dentist than last time) attempted to charge me for 2 fillings. I am very unhappy and disappointed with that service from that specific dentist. Otherwise all staff seem friendly and reception staff understand when I spoke up
Great practice, amazing staff and great Doctors
I recently accompanied my mum to the dentist, because she finds the process really intimidating. It was her first time at DDTA and her experience with Dr Gill was beyond exceptional. Dr Gill was kind and reassuring, he put her at ease by joking around with her and kept checking in constantly to make sure that she was doing okay. I felt really confident that she was getting great care because of how thorough Dr Gill was being. I can’t thank the team enough for the care I received yesterday. I had a broken front tooth right at the gum and was sure I’d be walking out needing an extraction and replacement. From the first phone call, Sarah went out of her way to shuffle things around and fit me in, which I really appreciated given I had over an hour to travel.
