at this DDS location I'm not sure if i can fully trust them .. i currently have a treatment plan with them (DDS Shreveport stevens road). everything sounded good from the start until i begun to call to ask question about the treatment plan and consent form that i didn't receive a copy of.. they won't call you back... so Friday May 3 2024 i went in to get first procedure done (all tooth pulled and four implants for snap in denture and got immediate dentures to were for the next 8 months. all went well until i received my i... read more
I give them two stars because so far the work is good. Other than that they suck. Their prices said one thing but they charged me something else. I got two teeth pulled one simple and one had to be cut out. They were going to charge me for two surgical procedures when one only took 20 seconds to pull. Then they only took $40 off. $125 for a simple but the add said $85. She said I would have to be getting my teeth pulled for a plate to get it them pulled for $85.
