They're excellent as far as the extractions go. Had all teeth extracted painlessly within minutes without any drugs or sedation and an immediate set of dentures placed in directly after. I never had a single twinge of pain or swelling following the extractions. However, the teeth on the top right side of my immediate top denture are set back and misaligned and obvious upon smiling.
