My journey began at the Ponca City office where I had an all on four (upper and lower) procedure done by Dr Bugg. During that surgery, Dr Bugg didn't remove enough bone tissue to allow for a proper zirconia fit, and as a result my upper bridge failed (cracked) eleven months following my final zirconia placement. I always have a great experience at the Broken Arrow office. The staff listen and do their best to help you get a good denture fit. I especially like the ladies who do the denture fittings. They are excellent!
I’ve been coming here for eight years and I unfortunately don’t know her name but employee today went above and beyond!
The time spent in the waiting room has always been minimal. The front office staff is very attentive and expedient. The implant I had placed last year is performing well. Dr. Tewis and the clinical staff are thorough and informative, including hygenist Toni’s excellent work and informational tidbits during my last visit.
