I ordered a monogram half zip and two flyaway cardigans. The sizing of their items is all over the place. The half zip ran super big for a small and the medium cardigans fit like extra smalls! The monogramming is wearable, but crooked. Shipping also took longer than the time stated. The material of the flyaways was so cheap that I inquired about a return and they agreed to the return. I have ordered several items from DDP & have been very satisfied every time. My second order did take several extra weeks to ship but I called and they refunded my entire order and shipped the order out that day! That's excellent customer service; going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company!
Every item I have ordered from them has been exactly as described. Although they have awesome sales and very reduced prices the items are never cheaply made. I do have to say they stick exactly to their timeline..so if it says 2-3 weeks expect 3. Y'all are great.
