This company is the worst. They take weeks to send your order and customer service is lacking big time. My friend tried to cancel and they said no, even though the shirt hasn’t even been started. She’s a cancer fighter and is going into the hospital, which is actually what the shirt indicates ironically. It’s been over a week and they haven’t even started so a family member said they’d make her one. Nope. They won’t cancel. Bunch of unprofessional losers.

I ordered for the first time and received my item damaged. They responded and wanted a photo that I sent immediately. I have sent several messages about what to do with the dress with no response. I will not purchase anything else from them.

I ordered 3 shirts for a vacation and after 9 days of no shipping notification I called the store to find out what was going on. . After I got in touch with someone and staying on hold for 10 minutes they informed me they were out of a color of vinyl I wanted on my shirt. So I chose another color and when I received my package the the two shirts that were suppose to match were not even the same color vinyl. My first experience with them and probably by last. Was not impressed.
