I have ordered from DDP multiple times and I have no complaints.
I just received my package in the mail, I was super excited but I was let down quickly. First of all the packaging wasn’t well at all, my clothes are damp from not being protected in the paper envelope. Secondly I got out my 2 monogrammed shirts. I got a V-Neck and a 3/4 Sleeve. I ordered 1 size up than I normally wear in the V-neck and 2 up in the 3/4 sleeve. They are NOT true to size at all, they are VERY SHORT. There super thin and cheaply made as well. Got my shirts and absolutely love them! Although one of my shirts the thread is starting to come unraveled and I haven’t worn yet :( but they’re super cute and I do love them!
It took over a month for them to process my order and ship it to me. I was about the email them to cancel my order when I got the email that my order had been shipped. This was after I had to email them regarding my order weeks earlier. The website doesn't identify when a item is made outside of the united states (therefore making the sizing different). One of my jackets is a little small.
