Loved my shirts. I ordered two. Immediately after placing the order, I called to change the shirt size and was instructed to email. I did so. Got a follow up email that it would be changed accordingly. When I received my product it was NOT changed. I then contacted them again VIA email. The made another shirt in the correct size and mailed it to me at no cost — and it was here in a super timely fashion. THANKS DDP! You guys rock!

I have never had an issue until now. I ordered on November 7th and still have not received my package almost 2 months later. It was pending shipping and I ended up contacting customer servicw via email and they have completely missed my order and are having to do it all over again. One of these items was a Christmas gift and now it’s going to be a late one. Still will order from DDP and will recommend them to friends! Great items!
