I purchased several sets of hids from them, and I received a set for my f350, but one of the plugs was missing, so I called to see about getting on, since I paid for a complete set, it should be no problem getting the piece I need to finish the job, but he was going to ask his supervisor about shipping it to me because I don't live in San diego, and he would call me back....that was a week ago! Don’t waste your time with this company. It is impossible to return products and customer service does not respond to emails.
Loved their products, warranty, customer service, and prices. Will definitely be going back.
This is a shady company, and they don't care about customer issues they face with their below average products. Comcast has better customer service than this putrid company. I highly encourage everyone to spend their money elsewhere.

I personal know the owner of the company, he has been there when I've needed information about the product and or any of my concerns having to do with it! Also my hid fog lights are amazing!
This company buys crap from china then doesn't stand behind there product. Takes over a month to get the stuff you order, then it does.not work. Don't waste your money with this company !!!
