DDM is the best! Quality service every time. Their scheduling option is awesome.
Terrible customer service, tech was wrong (after a second opinion from another company).
Had a tech show up for a mini split issue. Tech was great, on time and helpful. DDM called me next day to schedule a cleaning. I told DDM thanks but I cleaned it myself based off what the tech told me to do. The inside unit filter is as basic as cleaning a Dehumidifier filter screen (see photo). She said if I clean it myself then don’t call back and hung up on me.
