This is the BEST place to buy TORQUE MASTER SPRINGS and get PHENOMENAL service. Order was placed on a Monday, received 2 days later on Wednesday, SUPER FAST SHIPPING!! We are in Dallas Texas! The springs was wrapped against a piece of wood and into a box. LIZ helped me out over the phone and must thank her so much for it. No up selling, just pure wonderful customer service. I ordered a new torsion spring from DDM Garage Doors late afternoon on a Tuesday (probably after they were closed for business) and had the spring sitting on my front porch that Thursday morning, so thank you for the super fast shipping! The new spring works flawlessly and appears to be of very good quality, all at a very competitive price, not to mention the fact they obviously had the spring I needed in stock. This will be my go-to place if/when something else breaks on one of my overhead garage doors. Thank you!!
