This DDM auto sales is a scam. I bought a car in November from them that tuned out to have badly rebuilt motor in it. The Caddilac comvert was also bad I dove he car for 3 days and began having issues. The day they warenty ther cars for 3 months or 3000 miles. Well they did nothing to help. But that's cause my vehicle is one of the highest rated model in terms of reliability (still I had to change tires, brakes right after). They'll hand you the vehicle at the worst condition possible. I attempted to buy a car from DDM. I drove from Louisiana with the understanding that my credit union would overnight the check. Some dealers require cash in hand , so I made sure this wasn't an issue. At first they were fine with that arrangement. After I drove almost 5 hours they were reluctant and after an hour back and forth on the phone and emails sent from my credit union they were willing to let me leave with the car. Biggest bunch of cowboys..... they have been charged by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicle-Enforcement Division for failure to apply for my plates and registration. My car had a major failure 2 weeks after purchase - it appears that the Gold Standard Automotive (warranty company) are bogus..... Stay away from DDM
They will sell a car right out from under you. Take your business else where. I Attempted to see a vehicle on Friday, was told the car wasn’t on the lot and it was being serviced. Naturally I made an appointment to see the vehicle the following day at a specified time. Confirmed my appointment 2 hours before and headed to their location.
