In 2013 we paid$10,000 for installation of a new Unico central air conditioner. It took DDLC/HOP Energy months to get it working correctly - just in time for the cool weather. Fast forward to August 2018. The AC goes out. A circuit board is out. Then we find that the "module" or motor is also out. Its been three weeks now, and still no AC. We've been calling and leaving messages for the past week only to find that our contact there is on vacation and no one I picking up his messages. My advice - find another company.
