I hired Lance back in 2021 to redo a small yard. It was supposed to be a simple project. It’s 2023 and my yard still looks like this. He cashed my check though. I’m not sure if he prefers to talk on the phone, text, or email, because he gets annoyed when you attempt any of these methods. More so than I would like my money back, I would like my time back. This should have taken 6 months too from start to finish.
