Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a gold store. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Instead of offering guidance, they made me feel like I was wasting their time. For a business that deals with something as valuable as gold, this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. would strongly advise others to avoid this store and take their money somewhere that actually values customers.
