Bad lost most of my security deposit on things I did not do. It was like that when I moved in. Even left a $50 cabinet in the bathroom and did my own repairs at my expense. Tried to save the owner some money. Some cleaning expenses when someone moves out after over four years should be on the owner just saying

I would give this person zero stars if possible. He was unprofessional in every aspect. He was curt and made very direspectful comments when I asked about the noise level of the neighborhood because I have fibromyalgia with extreme noise sensitivity. He evidently had sceduled two viewings of the home at the same time. He did not even take the time or show us enough courtesy to call or text to let us know he was running behind. David has managed properties for my husband and I for 3 or 4 years now and we could not ask for a better Property Manager! He is awesome with finding the best tenants for our properties and he handles all problems (if any) professionally and diligently. We never have to worry about any of our properties as long as David Dougherty is managing them! Thank you for all that you do David! 5+ stars!!!
