This company has numerous violations with the State of NE. They have been on suspension numerous times. As a parent I warn anyone who is thinking about sending your child here. They dont do an inventory of you kids items so things just sort of disappear. They change the lease agreement from $700 to $800 if you want them to buy the groceries. They don't know how to conduct business can't remember about appointments don't respond back through emails or phone calls can't remember what position this place needs to be shut down it's making other disability companies look bad that company can't keep there shit together
Disrespectful staff &&’ when you call the company about things they want to ask like they don’t understand we pissed off about things . I seen staff get drunk , high and just under educated to take care of someone with disabilities and when you call them out on it they say you being disrespectful to them employees. They need to be shut down the things I have seen in this company. Staff being unprofessional with clients. Staff just letting clients do whatever they want . NEVER SEND YOUR LOVE ONE TO THIS PLACE .
