As a former employee, I would never recommend this company as a place to work or as a place to send your loved ones. They do not properly support staff in the ways that are needed. When there is a crisis, the phones of management are turned off. They will leave your loved ones without the proper clothing, food, and amenities that they need. This company has numerous violations with the State of NE. They have been on suspension numerous times. As a parent I warn anyone who is thinking about sending your child here. They dont do an inventory of you kids items so things just sort of disappear. They change the lease agreement from $700 to $800 if you want them to buy the groceries. The staff spend their time watching their phones instead of watching the kids so things get broken but not replaced. They have turned out residents without a proper 60 day notice require... read more
