I’ve been calling for 2 days with no answer just being on hold for long periods of time

If I could give less than one star I would. This has been the worst, most frustrating customer service experience I've ever had. First, I called to schedule a test and the woman who assisted me took payment and said I would receive a confirmation email with the appointment details. That email never came, so I called back and was on hold for almost an hour before I reached someone.
