I had a fence installed in my back yard about 5 years ago, and the magna-latches key locks failed to work. I contacted D&D Technologies, and the replacement latches were shipped to me within a few days. I have been assured that the design issue with the latches has been corrected. These folks were great to work with.
Outstanding customer service from Donald and the rest of the staff. I had a fence installed about 3 years ago in Ohio, and one of the gate latches seized up in the winter and couldn’t be opened. After trying to go through my installer, I had no luck, so I decided to contact D&D directly - I’m glad I did. I had a gate latch issue that was caused by improper use, not a fault of the latch design. The customer support I received was a refreshing throwback to when companies cared about their customers and their company's reputation.
