My many thanks to Edgar and the Team at D&D Technologies for their awesome support for their gate hardware of which I had broken… from a gate installed 20 years ago. Edgar got back to me and said they had the part and was mailed to our house in Canada. A week later, the part was delivered to our doorstep. Wow! I had a fence installed in my back yard about 5 years ago, and the magna-latches key locks failed to work. I contacted D&D Technologies, and the replacement latches were shipped to me within a few days. I have been assured that the design issue with the latches has been corrected. These folks were great to work with.
Outstanding customer service from Donald and the rest of the staff. I had a fence installed about 3 years ago in Ohio, and one of the gate latches seized up in the winter and couldn’t be opened. After trying to go through my installer, I had no luck, so I decided to contact D&D directly - I’m glad I did. I had a gate latch issue that was caused by improper use, not a fault of the latch design. The customer support I received was a refreshing throwback to when companies cared about their customers and their company's reputation.
