Went to drop off my daughter's rent check. Liked the fact that they had envelopes with the information needed on the outside. Just fill it in and drop it in the drop box

I would not recommend renting from D&D (Cedar Rapid) at all!!! No matter who you talk to in the office, after a problem arises, they will give you the runaround and claim not to know anything about your situation. There is a lack of communication even within the office. I was finally informed after filing a police report and contacting D&D several times about my stolen packages and the harassment that the cameras did not work. Just no.
It took 3 or 4 days for the hot water to be fixed, I wast even aware it had been fixed as no communication was put out. "Communication is important to better our services" but proceeds to not communicate with thier tenants. I would have no inclination to have turned the hot water on as... it was down right a rusty color yesterday. Communication is not a strong suit or seen as needed with you guys.
