We had a wonderful experience with this apartment. CLEAN, QUIET, FAIR PRICE. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this apartment complex. We came from out of town, secured the apartment prior to veiwing. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a clean, quiet, person to join this group.
I would love to leave a positive review for those who work for d&d, I am so very grateful for this company and especially those that helped me aquire my apartment here. they were very quick to respond, very helpful through the process, a super nice and clean property, highly recommend!!! infinitely grateful for Brandon for making the process painless and for being very thorough and detailed about what to expect for my apartment, as well as communicating exceptionally!
Was always rude, lied about the neighbors, never called back till after calling multiple times. Refused to listen to us when the lady upstairs was sending fake complaints. It's fine tho. Found someplace so much better. Never going with them again, and neither should you! Edit, the maintenance also told me soft serve ice cream is supposed to stay soft in the freezer. (I lost almost $300 worth of groceries) Also had the judge agree with me that the lady upstairs was crazy. I still remember this and it was years ago. Worst rent... read more
