Was always rude, lied about the neighbors, never called back till after calling multiple times. Refused to listen to us when the lady upstairs was sending fake complaints. It's fine tho. Found someplace so much better. Never going with them again, and neither should you! Edit, the maintenance also told me soft serve ice cream is supposed to stay soft in the freezer. There is a lot of information left out of your reply. When I moved in, I didn't unpack my stuff fast enough for you... I got a threat of eviction letter. I got it cleaned up and it stayed that way for a long time. When I got my current job, I experienced physically disabling pain along with other emotional issues. I was cleaning my apartment. If you like a landlord that threatens eviction without trying to communicate or that is unwilling to do visable upgrades/maintenance, deems things not important for you, but wouldn't let their loved one to deal with... This is the people to rent from. The cleaner often misses visable filth. There was a VERY strong urine smell on the chairs when I moved in that took months to get dealt with and only did because I bit someone's head off mentioning it The water to bathe, comes out brown and or yellow at times... Everyone in the office that I have dealt with including on site maintenance staff have been wonderful. All communication is clear and thorough. Never have issues getting in contact with anyone or having someone meet us on site. Highly recommend!
