Kind staff
Beware of these slum lords. When I moved in, the A/C didn't work, the front window was cracked, there was no knob on the hot water in the bath tub, only one burner on the stove worked, the bath tub caulking was completely separated from the wall, and the garbage disposal didn't work. Honestly, if I hadn't so desperately trying to escape an abusive relationship, I'd have never rented the place! Love it here just great people who always help and i personally feel like they treat you as a form of family and I like that
Compared to other apartments, they're much more lenient and understanding of peoples situations, they let me do half payments and work with me a lot which i appreciate!
