The entrance to the office is a nightmare, especially in a wheelchair. The staff were not the most helpful. I had specific concerns, which needed immediate attention.Unfortunately, the staff member I dealt with seemed a bit lost.
I have been a tenant with this company for over a year and have consistently had positive experiences. Every interaction, whether with management or the maintenance team, has been handled with professionalism and courtesy. Any concerns I’ve raised were addressed promptly—often with a response within minutes and a resolution within the hour. Kind staff
Beware of these slum lords. When I moved in, the A/C didn't work, the front window was cracked, there was no knob on the hot water in the bath tub, only one burner on the stove worked, the bath tub caulking was completely separated from the wall, and the garbage disposal didn't work. Honestly, if I hadn't so desperately trying to escape an abusive relationship, I'd have never rented the place!
