I was a first time customer. My cuticle got butchered so bad I had to go to urgent care and was put on antibiotics. I am on day two and still bleeding and weeping. I have an artificial heart valve and if this gets infected I am in serious trouble. I was still charged full price and the nail tech, ***, just kept painting over the blood, threw a band aid on and sent me out the door. I cried all the way home it hurt so bad.
