Called ahead and scheduled 2 appointments for gel manis. They say my daughter at a chair at 4:10 no filing no cuticle work applied base coat and straight to polish. It was 4:30 and I was still waiting, no one approached me or mentioned anything about running late. I was charged for a mani when it was just gel polish over my daughter’s nails. Place is so unorganized, don’t bother making an appt.

I came in at 12:10 and was the only customer. There were 3 workers. 2 ladies and a guy. The guy did my pedi (great by the way) I had no issues with the pedi. Maybe 20mins in another customer walked in and wanted a gift card. They spoke to each other and my guy stopped my pedi to help the customer. He did not take his gloves off or put new ones on. I came here with my cousin and got a mani pedi it's actually really nice how long my nails have held up! Had a great pedicure and time to visit with my cousin. Staff wasn't super chatty but friendly enough.
