We bought 20 cubic yards of what we were told was screened loam. The price and delivery were great, but the product has been disappointing. After spreading the loam throughout our backyard, the amount of rocks that have appeared in what we were told and thought was screened is unbelievable. Our yard is absolutely covered in rocks which will make seeding and growing our grass extremely difficult and the appearance and feel less than ideal. Great product. Got 12 yards of playground mulch delivery, fast and easy the only downfall is price. I was told it be 30 a yard after 5 yards. Well I was charged 45$ a yard. Totally understand season just started being a landscaper myself, but lady shouldn't have told me that really miss leading and others will complain but again great service will use them again and so on :)
