Run away run away! I lived in one of their apartments at 323 Schermerhorn for a year and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The room caved in twice during rain storms and flooded the whole building, my oven caught on fire the first time I turned it on and they didn’t replace it for 6 weeks, and my radiator spewed scalding hot water all winter and they changed the valve 12 times instead of actually addressing the problem with the pipes. when I called the city to have them fix the class c violation, D and D management ... read more

D&D and Jeanmarie in particular are a phenomenal. They are very responsive. The only issues that have ever been present are the fault of the super and not the Managment company.
