The old lady that works there is disrespectful, has attitude, and also proceeds to try to talk and make fun of you in Chinese. She treated my hair with no proper care and respect by yanking it, pulling it and scolding me about it, hence why I was going for a haircut. She doesn’t listen to what I say, and leaving so many spots that should be cut and she throws the mirror at you with attitude when you try to ask her to angle it properly where you see. I went in for a Mid part as I usually get in other places and I asked the guy to leave it to the middle of my ear, length wise, and he pushed it back at least 3 inches. I also said a little bit off the back and he also almost left no hair in the back of my head.Although the customer service is nice, I do not recommend it for long hair or mid range length hair.
Man they left me looking so fresh!!! Everything is on point!!!!!
