I've recently had some of my tenants come to get there clothes dry cleaned. I was curious in regards to how their experience was, and from what they told me I was extremely impressed. I was informed that the customer service is exceptional and the quality of work was the best they've ever experienced. So i think I'm going to give you guys a try also , since I just bought another house in Anaheim close by.
I sent my thermal winter clothes to be cleaned and they came 2 colors which is very disappointing. I went to the manager but he told me “what can I do” he also offered me 9 dollars refund of the cleaning which I didn’t accept as these items is way more expensive. I just left as I felt they are not really caring much about damaging other people clothes.
David my friend & owner of California cleaners business on Euclid closed due to rent increased. He ran his business with every customer as a priority. Thus I am very pleased with Ritz, the welcoming I received and the results. 😁
Alex and crew are the best. I've had items from shirts pants to blankets cleaned here, and they give premium service at affordable prices. Anytime I've tried a more expensive place I did not get any better! Out of about 100 articles I only had a slight issue with a zipper coming out on One Piece... and they took care of it and no charge with a higher quality zipper than the one that came out :) I also appreciate that my clothes come out without a fragrance, and they don't try to stick a barcode tag on like some places! Ritz Cleaners is hands down the best in the area! Alex, Yuni, and Mirna always take great care of me every time I stop by. They’re friendly, fast, and really pay attention to detail — my clothes always come back spotless and perfectly pressed. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and the customer service is second to none.
