Over the past couple of months, I brought in several silk blouses for cleaning, and two of them were completely ruined. One came back with stains still visible, along with strange marks that appeared to be caused by rubbing the stained areas. The other had set-in crush wrinkle marks or texture distortion from the blouse being crumpled while damp after dry cleaning When I asked for the second blouse to be redone, it was returned in exactly the same damaged condition. Be careful bringing wedding dresses here. I brought in a satin wedding dress with a small beaded section and they broke several beads and didn't replace them or even try to fix them. I paid $200 for this service and then they also damaged the fabric of the sleeve where a stain was with what looks like a wire brush. They definitely whitened the dress but I can't use it anymore as a wedding dress because they did such a bad job. Here is a picture of the before and after on the beading and the sleev damage. I brought in my wedding dress and they did an amazing job! It came back looking pristine—like new. The staff was kind, professional, and handled everything with such care. Highly recommend!
