DD Chill knowingly provided false information on a tech report to Samsung for who they are an authorised repairer in regards to room dimensions. They attended to conduct assessment of unit and stated on their invoice unit is working but it is too small for room size 9.6m x 8.0m (76.8m2). The room is actually 6.8m x 6.1m a hallway area which is 2.8m x 1.6m (45.96m2). I advised DD Chill the room dims are incorrect, then on the tech report filed to Samsung it stats room dimensions are 60m2 and air con way too small. No one from... read more
