I wish I could say I had a great experience. Dan got me excited for what I was going to see once he and his crew were finished. After the third appointment and second visit, from 25 feet he was right. Just don't look under the grates or behind the facing. I found excess cleaning solution (puddles) and abrasive paper in the grilling compartment by the burners. The burners were still uncleaned and the burner area was somewhat clean.
