My son bought a split system air conditioner from the Good Guys with installation to be done via their trades people which happened to be DCW Electrical & Plumbing. They installed the system within days and I was assuming weeks. I was first notified their attendance would be at a certain time and they were spot on. I showed them the area and they went about their business in a prompt, efficient manner. Very nice to talk to. The job looks great inside and out. I would highly recommend this company. No fuss and professional.

Today we where graced with having Dimuth attend our property to attend to our smoke detectors. His attitude and demeanor was deplorable, he was rude and intimidating to my father-in-law and my 17 yr old daughter.He left screws on the floor as well as electrical wire all over our carpets along with plaster. Re-training in customer service is needed for Dimuth considering he is meeting clients day in a day out. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend DCW Electrical. They are available 24/7 and always provide fast, reliable service. They handle all types of household electrical repairs and maintenance. The invoices are detailed and include photos, which is very helpful. They understand their work well and explain everything clearly. DCW Electrical has been looking after my properties for the past 5–6 years, and I’ve always been very satisfied with their service.

This week we had technicians from DCW Electrical attend for both our electricity and gas compliance checks. Shannon and Kyle provided fantastic service with a smile — we couldn’t recommend this company highly enough (the kind of crew you just wanna have a beer with) Communication was clear and easy to understand, and they were more than willing to work around our schedule as best they could. We really appreciate small businesses like this and the great work they do.

They were send by the company which I got spilt system from to install. They were very polite and respectful in communication and was very approachable. But encountered few things with the visit. I wish they were respectful of the property. 1. they destroyed mum’s multiple chilli plants and dragon fruit which took over 1 year to get to that length. Mum spend most of her time taking care of plants. It was quite upsetting to see that. If was told, would have removed the plants and this could have been avoided. 2. they were bum... read more
