Today we where graced with having Dimuth attend our property to attend to our smoke detectors. His attitude and demeanor was deplorable, he was rude and intimidating to my father-in-law and my 17 yr old daughter.He left screws on the floor as well as electrical wire all over our carpets along with plaster. Re-training in customer service is needed for Dimuth considering he is meeting clients day in a day out. Very disappointed.Â
