I do not appreciate the owner Don being dishonest to my grandparents who just paid cash for a 2015 39 ft Laredo fifth wheel. My grandmother noticed a few small things that needed to be fixed, one being the recliner chair would not open. The owner Don advised her he would be out himself to fix it for her. That was in December 2014 and he has still not came out to fix anything. My grandmother finally got a hold of him after numerous attempts only for him to tell her he will not be coming out since he is short staffed. Wow!! Lo... read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Ok maybe 1 only because the girl at the part's counter is very helpful. However, when you make an appointment and are guaranteed that you are the first customer of the day as a customer don't you expect for that to be the case! It's now almost noon we were told it would only be an hr tops....we're still waiting! Note to self....pay a little more at Camping World! At least there they follow through and deliver!
