We had a 2nd tree in front yard crash through our roof for the 2nd time in just under 12 months. 9 rafters broken with 2 holes in the roof. Contacted Donnie and his crew was out in one hour to place tarps over the holes before the next rain. Also had a living room window pushed in several inches with torn drywall around the window trim and a couple of water spots on the ceiling.
