I had a slab leak and Direct Connection Plumbing was referred by my home warranty company (First American home warranty). By far were the best plumbers I have used, they were fast, Knowledgeable, very professional. I’m very pleased with their work and they didn’t put 100 holes all over the place to find the problem! This has been a bad experience all around. They are used by First American Home Warranty and they always fail in service, appointments etc. This is another reason why I don't refer this company to anyone-caused major anxiety with tenants and homeowners when they have companies that offer such bad service
Do not use this plumber! I would give 0 stars if possible. My home warranty assigned this plumber to me and after 6 weeks of run-around promises of replacing my water heater, they NEVER replaced it. They would not answer phone calls, text messages, or emails. They would set up an appointment and then not show up. This went on for weeks! The service people also looked like they were strung-out and reeked of cigarettes so strongly that my house had to be aired out! Worst business and a complete waste of time!

DCP Plumbing was the 2nd plumber sent out by my homeowners warranty company First American. I needed my dinosaur of a water heater replaced and the first plumbing company jerked me around for a month without providing any service and tried blaming it on the warranty company. They even tried to charge me $2500 up front for modifications. And in the end they submitted a report to First American saying they couldn't do the modifications necessary.
