Zero stars The plumber called at 8:30am, and said he would be there between 9:00-10:30. I left work and waited. No answer to my request for update time when he wasn’t there at 11am. I called 6 times and left messages to find out when he might show up. He called at 4:30pm to tell me he was running late. 7 hours late. I told him that I would fix it myself. He then LIED to American Home Warranty, stating that we canceled the call at the door.
They literally was in and out great service fix my issues. I have one other thing they need to fix, but they will come back out for that. That’s the only reason why it’s the four star.
Mike & his partner came to my house to replace my new water heater coz of leaking and old. Mike & his partner doin a great job. He communicate well directly to me. Thanks mike & company of Direct Connection Plumbing. Great prices as well. I know i still goin to see him on monday to for expantion & filter. Thanks mike for all the help.
I gave them 4 stars because they finally did come and replace the wax ring and my kitchen sink faucet but it took 3 weeks…. After I kept calling for an update the customer service person said the technician hasn’t called the order in with my American Home insurance so that’s why my issue wasn’t getting resolved…. But eventually after me calling and calling the technician called it in and finally came and fixed it!
Totally unprofessional staff. My home warranty sent DCP to fix my toilet clogging issue. In their 1st visit, they simply used auger to clear drain line but I was not sure if they really found something clogged there. I asked them to use a camera to ensure that drain line is cleared or open the toilet bowl to inspect further but they assured me that it’s not going to happen again.
