I started training with DCoreFit about a year ago and immediately saw results once I started following his meal plan and working out everyday. It was quite difficult at first, but Dominik made it easier by pushing and challenging me to do better. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had regarding fitness and nutrition. I highly recommend training with DCoreFit if you’re ready to transform your body. It’s definitely worth it..you will NOT regret it!!!

Dominik, the owner of DCoreFit, is a passionate individual who goes the extra mile. He doesn't just invest in training you on a day-to-day basis but also invests in equipping you with the knowledge to have a greater understanding of fitness and nutrition. He didn't just help me lose 50 lbs and go down to 8% body fat, he taught me the importance of calories, macro and micronutrients and what each exercise did in the bigger picture. I worked with Dom for several years while he was out in California. I could not ask for a more professional and encouraging trainer. I had initially found him because I needed to get in shape for a government position. I went from knowing nothing about free weights to be able to squat well over my entire body weight.
