Changed my disabled mom's rent from $885 to $1200. Absolutely reprehensible leeches.
Dan is a tremendous and honest landlord. I had a small issue at my house and they came and fixed it immediately. Would highly recommend DCM Realty.
Dear Person Considering Renting from DCM, How desperate are you? I know Columbia is "slim-pickings" when it comes to rental properties, but I'm sure there has to be something just a little better that you're considering? If so, you should go with that rental option instead of this one. However, there is a chance you like living in a run-down rental unit where nothing has been fixed since the 90s, and you just happen to love centipedes, crickets, and mice INSIDE your apartment to keep you warm at night. Just don’t do it. You’ll never EVER hear from him after you sign unless you literally bombard him with texts for days in a row. He also doesn’t answer when you call. Living there sucked too. UPDATE: I moved out in July of 2021 and STILL have not received my deposit back after Dan has promised me that it’s coming multiple times. It’s the end of January now. HES A SCAM ARTIST DO NOT SIGN!!!!
