This weekend I came over to deep clean my boyfriend’s apartment at one of these rental properties (terrill) and was absolutely floored. The apartment is a safety hazard. So many maintenance issues that neither his landlord or maintenance take care of or handle in a timely manner. Heaters all shorting out and sparking. Outlets shorting out.
