I’ve been working with DCL Law for years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Danielle, Brennan, Amanda, and the rest of the team are incredible to work with. If you're looking for a real estate lawyer, need help with wills, or other legal services, I would definitely recommend reaching out. Everyone is personable, knowledgeable, and easygoing — they make what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
Used them on the recommendation of our realtor. Never again. 6 months after closing and hadn't received our property tax bill. Reached out to the lawyer who completed our closing, and was told everything has been registered with PVSC and we should receive a bill shortly, or I can call them to get those details. Then get in contact with PVSC, who after some digging informs me they have 0 record of a change of ownership. Followed back up with my lawyer and got crickets. Highly suggest you use DCL. When we bought our piece of land to build on they were able to get everything in order very fast, even with us paying a rush fee, which honestly what we have paid them I am happy to based upon their work and results. We met with them when we were solidifying our builders mortgage and normal mortgage when finishing our build! I refer everyone I know here!
