They had 4 people try and stick me and when they finally got the vein it took about 3 minutes for the most unimaginable pain to start happening in my arm. When someone finally came over they said my vein was busted and they had to try in the other arm.... ok. So they did and immediately busted that vein as well. Theses people busted veins in both arms and then told me if I don't take my blood back I would NOT be paid. Good service long wait But overall very professional.

If you are a new donor or coming from another donating center be prepared to wait at least 2 hours before u get to donate staff had me sign in talk with a nurse go stand back in line to have bp checked go wait back in line to get a physical than back in line to start the donation. I understand that proticals are in place for a reason but organization should be in place will return and see if the process is faster

They've changed the system for how they get people in line and in the chairs. Much more efficient. Can have a long wait though.
